EXHIBITION ENTRY DATE EXTENDED
Several members have commented that they had mixed up the dates for shopfront and exhibition entries and are concerned about getting their exhibition entries in by 18th September.
To help, the date for the exhibition and finished shopfront pictures entries is now Saturday September 30th
Here are a couple of other queries and answers
I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE TITLE OF MY PICTURE
If you are not sure about a title for your picture then put “untitled” in the title box on the form.
Complete your entry form and pay your hanging fees and send it. You then receive a copy of your entries in your inbox. You will see that you can edit your form. You can then add your picture’s title at a later date or it will be hung with untitled in the title line.
I HAVEN’T STARTED ONE OR MORE OF MY PICTURES BUT I WANT TO ENTER.
Simply enter the picture as “untitled” with probable medium to be used and complete your form and pay the hanging fees. You then receive a copy of your entries in your inbox., You will see that you can edit your form. You can then add your picture’s title and, if it is necessary, change the medium information at a later date. NB your hanging fee cannot be refunded if you do not complete your pictures and cannot enter them.
