Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Thursday 7th September at the Trinity Church Hall in Fareham. Doors open at 7pm.
If you have questions about any aspect of Fareham Art Group you can either ask on the night or if you prefer you can email them to the chairman in advance and he will read them out..
We have not received any nominations for a member to take over as Chairman, nor anyone to take on the minute secretary’s role. These roles remain vacant.
We have one person willing to stand for each of the other positions on the committee. These positions are :
- Deputy Chairman
- Treasurer
- Membership Secretary
- Publicity Organiser
- Exhibition Organiser
- Administrative support
Should any other member wish to put themselves forward to stand for any role please contact the chairman by email preferably before the meeting or let me know on the evening before the meeting starts.
Once the AGM is finished we will break for tea and cakes ( yes I did say cakes!) and you will have your chance to vote on the Jenny Jennings Competition entries. The Diamond Trophy will be awarded by the President for his choice from the competition entries. We will conclude with the presentations.
